Refund policy

We will not issue refunds or do exchanges unless it is a shop error- incorrect size, print, or in rare cases, damaged items.  If you ask for refunds on shoes for sizing reasons, unfortunately your request will not be honored. Non-fitting items can be resold at retail value in out bst album on Facebook. Please know that we strive for customer satisfaction but these items are handmade. Part of the pride in owning handmade items is the customization it offers and as a result there are no exceptions to this policy.
